You invested in a Photobooth business and need to keep your investments safe. Studio Slips can build custom Covers and Gig Bags that fit your needs. Whether it be a modular Gig Bag to carry your ring light or accessories, or a Slip Cover to keep your booth safe in transport, or one to keep it hidden away while the event is being set-up, Studio Slips has the experience to build you a product that will keep your gear protected for years to come.

All of our products are made of water-proof nylon canvas (1000 Denier) on the outside. The inner padding is a polyester fiber-fill which is quilted to a soft yet tough nylon lining. You can choose single (3/8″ thick), double (3/4″ thick), or no padding at all.

The Process

• We have over 15,000 models in our catalog, so start by searching for the Manufacturer of your Photobooth to check if we already have the dimensions for your gear. If we don’t, for rectangular-shaped items you can submit a New Estimate Request with the dimensions of your gear. If it’s an oddly shaped item, or if you’re looking for a more customized/modular Gig Bag, send the dimensions, a description of what you’re hoping to get, and a photo of your gear to info@studioslips.com. We will work with you to design the best solution for your needs.

• Once we receive the measurements and your information, we’ll add the model to our database and create a link so you can order your product online or we can build a quote and send it to you via email. If it’s a uniquely shaped model, we can also share a mock-up of the design for approval.

• If we send you a link to order, you may choose from a set of options, compare pricing, and place the order. We are happy to help and offer our expertise and recommendations in choosing from the options. It’s always a good idea to check out our Product Options page for pictures and descriptions of our materials and what is available.

• Your order goes into production. Everything is handmade in our shop here in Santa Rosa, CA. Our lead time can fluctuate, but we generally have things ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. 

• If you are a manufacturer, we offer bulk pricing discounts and custom solutions including specialty branding. 

Product Options Specifics – Photobooths

• • Screens. Do you have a screen on the front of your photobooth? We can include a flat pocket on the front of the Gig Bag/Cover for you to insert a piece of plexiglass or thin plywood to help protect the screen. 
  • Pockets. We have both padded and non-padded pockets up to 12″ x 18″ in stock, but can make a custom pocket of any size for your Cover/Gig Bag. Makes carrying those cables and small pieces even easier! We often include custom sized pockets as a solution for a base or frame that needs to be kept separate from the body of a booth.
  • Branding. We work with a local embroiderer and screen printer to put your personal logo or branding on your Studio Slips gear. We also source high quality embroidered logo patches that can be sewn onto covers or bags. Just include an image of your logo in your email and let us know what you’re thinking! 
  • Modular Gig Bags. Have a few pieces of gear that don’t have a home yet? Just like in the video above, we can create a Gig Bag with modular compartments that would fit a variety of different set-ups. Our padded separators with Velcro help to create custom-sized compartments to house all your gear in one carry bag solution.
