- FIT! First and foremost, Studio Slips is committed to building the best fitting protective bags and covers. With our computer aided pattern design and fabric cutting technology, we can cover the most complicated shapes and sizes and guarantee our products will fit like a glove.*
- Materials We start with the highest quality, tough tear and water resistant 1000 denier nylon canvas, just like the canvas you’ll find on a quality camera bag or back pack. We’ve chosen thick quilted fiber fill padding as a better way to pad and protect your gear. It protects equally as well as foam, but will never rot or crumble, and it compresses and folds up to be tucked out of the way, unlike foam that wants to spring open. We don’t skimp on the details and use heavy-duty, smooth-gliding zipper and tough nylon thread to keep it all together for a cover or bag that will last a lifetime.
- Quality Everyone here at Studio Slips takes pride in our products. This is no sweatshop and we believe in the old fashioned American standard of doing a day’s work for a day’s pay. This ethic shows in the end result. We’ve all seen what happens with the cheap stuff that’s made offshore. It’s just not a bargain if your bag rips open at the seams, handle openings, or zipper. If we do make a mistake, we’ll fix it – quick, and of course, we’ll pay the shipping.

- History & Reputation Susan has been working in the music industry since 1980 and has been making custom padded covers for all types of equipment since 1992. Her husband Michael Bendinelli is a sound engineer and Chief Tech for Mesa Boogie. Michael is an invaluable silent partner and frequently helps with design suggestions on the best way to create a bag or cover that will be simple to use and easy to carry. We’ve been quietly building our reputation for quality and service over the years, while our customers come back time and again.
